What this site collects
This site has no forms, accounts or checkout. It does not ask for your name, email address or payment information. It uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to measure visits (see "Page counts" below). Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect it; they are not used for tracking.
Page counts
Corpgate, Inc. uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see how quickly pages load. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies. It records information such as the page viewed, the page that linked to it, the type of browser and device, the country, and how long the page took to load. Cloudflare describes the service here.
Corpgate, Inc. also uses Google Analytics to measure visits, such as which pages are viewed, the site or search that brought a visitor here, general location, and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics sets cookies for this site and sends this usage information to Google, which turns it into reports. Its advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. Google handles the information under its own privacy policy, and explains how it uses information from sites that use its services. On a computer, you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Web hosting
Cloudflare hosts this site. It keeps standard connection records, such as the internet address (IP address) of each visitor's device and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles those records under its own privacy policy.
Corpgate, Inc. does not sell information about visitors and does not use it for advertising. It shares visitor information only with the service providers that run this site and its email (Cloudflare and Google Workspace), with Google through Google Analytics as described above, or when the law requires it.
Other websites and Do Not Track
Google Analytics collects information about visits to this site over time, using cookies set for this site. Corpgate, Inc. has turned off Google signals, the Google feature that links visits across devices and other websites. Google Analytics does not respond to Do Not Track signals, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends one.
Following a link to a government site or to corpgate.com takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. The corpgate.com privacy policy covers the registered agent service website. Links from this site to corpgate.com include a tag that tells corpgate.com which guide the visitor came from.
This site is written for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13.
